UPDATE: Potential Adobe Creative Cloud Issue - Th., 11/30

UMass Amherst Information Technology (IT) is aware of a potential issue with Adobe Creative Cloud software licensing. We have received reports that some users are getting a warning message, which states that Adobe software licenses will expire on November 30th.

We apologize for any inconvenience this issue may have caused. To resolve this issue, please download and run the latest Adobe installers from the IT website. If applicable, please contact the IT support staff in your area to complete the installation on your university-owned computer(s). If you are still having trouble, please contact IT User Services at 413-545-TECH (8324) or it@umass.edu.
