TechTalk: Bad video happens to good people (workshop)

April 7, 2017 - 10:00am to 12:00pm

But it doesn't have to, and in this hands-on workshop you will learn how to avoid all kinds of video disasters. If you produce instructional videos for your students, or if you do online video presentations, this workshop is for you. We will spend the first hour addressing issues that range from what to wear, what background to choose and how to light and frame your shot, to how to be an effective video presenter and visual storyteller. In the second part of the workshop, we will use Adobe and Apple software, and you will learn how to edit and add text and graphics to your videos.

Note: We will use Mac computers in this workshop.
