Service Coordinator

The Service Coordinator is responsible for managing all aspects of IT's Personal Computer Maintenance Service.  Must use sound judgment when analyzing client questions in order to identify problems, and determine the appropriate strategies for resolving these problems. This position is also involved in training, supervising and mentoring student employees.
