Under the guidance of the Vice Chancellor of Information Technology Services and Strategy and Chief Information Officer (VCIT/CIO) advances the IT Strategic Plan and Campus and University system IT goals and provides leadership, direction, and support at the institution, and/or national level with broad-reaching institutional and/or system-wide impact for a fast-paced campus during times of high-change.

Provides assistance to the VCIT/CIO in managing IT operations to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and service quality.

Assists the VCIT/CIO in achieving business goals by prioritizing information technology initiatives and coordinating the evaluation, deployment, and management of current and future technology projects. Oversees cross-institutional initiatives and senior-level projects, fostering collaborative partnerships while implementing enterprise-wide technology services.
