Description:
This course is designed for social science researchers with little or no basic knowledge of R. Participants will get a general overview of the R platform. We will cover important topics such as basic R commands; how to write a script file; how to read output in the console; creating summary statistics, creating plots and graphs, and performing simple statistical tests.
Course Objectives:
The goal of the course is for participants to feel comfortable performing introductory statistical analysis in R and to build a basic understanding of R coding.
