Description:
This is an intermediate level course that aims to familiarize participants with applied regression methods in R. It is targeted to university students and researchers who have some prior experience with R but are interested in learning about panel data and time series regression modeling. Participants who already have R-Studio installed in their computers are encouraged to bring them to use during the workshop, however a limited number of ISSR laptops will be available for use during the session.
Course Objectives:
By the end of this session, participants will be able to perform multiple regression on a specified model, manage data that has time and cross-sectional dimensions, conduct hypothesis testing, test for random and fixed effects.
