Instructor: Jayash Paudel

In recent years, R has become one of the most leading programming languages in statistics and data science. Designed for individuals who want to further hone their data visualization skills, the workshop will focus on writing codes to generate customized graphs in R. Participants will be encouraged to code using the RStudio environment and will be well-acquainted with different packages available.

Learning Objectives:

By the end of this workshop, participants will be able to:

  • Write a simple program in R
  • Create customized graphs (scatterplots, histogram, kernel density, bar charts and so on)
  • Get exposure to perform graphics on both univariate and multivariate numerical and categorical data in a straightforward manner
