How to reach Amherst:

Airport pick-ups will be available from August 22 to September 3 from Boston Logan International Airport (BOS - Boston, MA) and Bradley International Airport (BDL - Hartford, CT). We will also be offering pick-ups from Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR - Newark, NJ) and John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK - Queens, NY) but the offerings are limited from these two airports and would be subject to the availability of drivers/cars. Please fill-in this form BEFORE July 31, 2018 to register for pick-ups. We will get back to you via email with all the details. Pick-up charges per person is $90. Money should be handed over to the student coming to pick you up immediately after you reach the destination. There are NO exceptions. We request you to carry the desired money from India to avoid any confusion.

You may also choose to reach Amherst on your own. Refer FAQ for the details.

If you need to cancel your pickup and temporary accommodation, request the same at least 2 weeks prior to the date of arrival. Else, you are liable to pay the amount.

Temporary Accommodation:

If you are not able to move in to your apartment (probably because the lease starts from September 1st) after coming here, we can arrange for temporary accommodation only for the students coming on and after 22nd August 2018. This service is free of cost and will be available from August 22 to September 3 subject to the number of volunteers willing to host incoming students. Please fill out this form to register for this service. Alternatively, there are many hotels and motels nearby.
