Professor Frackman is a Lecturer and the Language Program Coordinator in German & Scandinavian Studies and is an Affiliated Faculty Member in Women, Gender, and Sexuality Studies. Sherrill Harbison

Professor Harbison's work focuses on art and intellectual life in 19th- and 20th-century Scandinavia. Her interests include Norwegian literature, Icelandic Eddas and sagas, Sigrid Undset, Knut Hamsun, the Arctic, Native American literature, American Realism, and Willa Cather. (dept. bio)
