July 1, 2009 - June 30, 2012 Agreement between The Board of Trustees of the University of Massachusetts and the Professional Staff Union (PSU) Massachusetts Teachers Association (MTA) National Education Assocation (NEA). 

"This Agreement is made and entered into by and between the Board of Trustees of the University of Massachusetts on behalf of the University of Massachusetts ("Employer/University Administration") and the Professional Staff Union / Massachusetts Teachers Association / National Education Association ("Union") as the exclusive bargaining agent for members in the bargaining unit."
