GENERAL
STATEMENT OF DUTIES:
The Rudd Adoption Research Program is
seeking a talented administrator to manage
and develop its growing program. The Program Manager will be responsible for
developing and implementing initiatives
that advance the mission of the Rudd
Program.
Responsibilities include Program Planning and Development
including
identify grand and fundraising
opportunities, coordinate submission of grant
applications, develop links with the
advisory committee and other stakeholders
and prepare position papers and policy
briefs; Program Management including
prepare presentations and documents,
preparing press releases and promotional
materials, maintaining the Rudd website,
create and maintaining databases; and
general management and supervision
such as hiring and training student
assistants, overseeing budgets, and insure
compliance with regular.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Bachelor’s degree in psychology or related
social science field and five (5)
years of experience, or Master’s degree in
psychology or related social
science field and three years of experience
(Master’s degree preferred).
2. At least three years administrative
experience.
3. Strong record of strategic planning,
organizational development, and
fundraising
and/or research grant development.
4. Excellent writing skills.
5. Excellent oral communication skills.
6. Demonstrated project management skills.
7. Proficiency with computer applications for
word processing, spreadsheet,
database, and website development.
8. Ability to work independently and to
collaborate and lead effectively.
9. Previous experience with adoption and family
issues is preferred.
Hiring
Salary reflects a 75% position.

STAFF SALARY ADMINISTRATION PROGRAM POSITION LEVEL 26.
