Employee Personal Information Kiosk

Welcome to EPIK(Employee Personal Information Kiosk).
EPIK is an information service developed by Lexitech Corporation of Branford CT., the Division of Human Resources and University Information Systems to give our employees improved access to HRMIS data.

EPIK allows our employees to;
  • Update their Home Address Information
  • Update their Emergency Contact Information
  • View their current tax withholding information
  • Project their retirement pension
  • View an up-to-date Benefits Statement

 While accessing EPIK, employees should note the following;
Please enter your employee number in the ID box. If you are unsure of your ID please refer to your most recent pay statement.
Please enter your date of birth in the personal identification code box. Important! your date of birth must be entered in the the following format (yymmdd) with no slashes. For example if your date of birth were February 3, 1945 you would enter 450203.
