I obtain medical care? How do
I get paid? While you are totally disabled, you will receive 60% of your average weekly gross salary up to a maximum amount as allowed by Massachusetts Workers' Compensation law. If you are capable of working, but only on a limited basis, a light duty work assignment may be available for a temporary period of time. Provide your supervisor with medical documentation of any work limitations you have so that he/she may evaluate if a short-term work accommodation may be made. |
