QUALIFICATIONS:  Ensure smooth and efficient administration of the financial and personnel management processes.  Provides oversight of budgets and assists with general office administration.  Flexibility to work with assertiveness and initiative and willingness to take on and complete a variety of tasks and projects in a timely, accurate and professional manner.  Excellent accounting, bookkeeping and computational skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to express thoughts clearly and to develop ideas in logical sequence.  Excellent computer software knowledge.  A minimum of five years full-time, or equivalent part-time, accounting, bookkeeping and human resource experience.

The Employment Office conducts interviews and tests in Room 167, Whitmore

Administration Building on a Monday through Friday basis (except holidays) by
