Due to an anticipated severe storm as the Thanksgiving holiday approaches, the university will be closed on Wednesday, November 26, starting at 5 a.m. This will provide people the opportunity to plan and complete their holiday travel ahead of the potential snow, wind and rain forecast for Wednesday and Thursday.

Essential personnel should report to work Wednesday. The university will remain closed through midnight. The university will also be closed for the Thanksgiving holiday. As previously announced, residence halls will be closed for operation at 6 p.m. Wednesday. Students are encouraged to depart earlier due to the storm.
