Hi everyone! My name is Leah Calabro and I am a senior this year. I am double majoring in History and Dance with a minor in Judaic Studies. I am a member of the Commonwealth Honors College, and I am a Co-President of the RSO Alive With Dance. I have interned at the Institute for Holocaust, Genocide and Memory Studies for a global law firm through the LaRussa Internship Program. I’m in the process of applying to law school right now and I hope to one-day work in international and human rights law. I have loved my time here at UMass and I can’t believe I’m a senior already! I want to help people take advantage of everything this school has to offer, so if you have any questions about balancing coursework, academic requirements, studying abroad, internships, or anything else I am happy to help!
Hello! I am a rising junior at the university this fall with a double major in History and Political Science. I work in the Procrastination Station on campus, and am a member of Alpha Epsilon Phi sorority. In the future, I plan on teaching secondary education with a focus in United States history and government. I have absolutely loved my time at UMass so far and look forward to helping your time be the best it can be! Thanks again! Tess Manderville

Hello everyone! My name is Genevieve Weidner (also known as Genna). I am a junior History and Political Science major from Dublin, New Hampshire. I am involved in the UMass Marching Band, where I am the Uniform Manager. I am also the President of Sigma Alpha Iota, which is a music fraternity here at UMass. I am very passionate about history, and hope to someday be a historical researcher and potentially a history professor. In addition to helping students learn more about the history department, I am also knowledgeable about balancing multiple classes and minors, studying abroad, and completing general education requirements. My office hours are Tuesdays and Thursdays from 12:30 – 2:00. I can't wait to meet you all!
