To launch the exhibit and companion book, Waging Peace in Vietnam, there will be a panel discussion on "patriotic dissent" featuring Ron Carver, the designer of the exhibit, Susan Schnall, a former Navy nurse who protested the war, and W.E. Ehrhart, a Vietnam veteran and distinguished poet. The discussion will be moderated by UMass historian Christian Appy.

This event is part of the Waging Peace in Vietnam exhibit and series documenting the antiwar dissent of active duty military personnel and veterans during the Vietnam War, on display at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst from September 23 through October 11 in the main lobby of the Integrated Learning Center.
