The Women's Studies Program seeks a scholar with expertise in Gender and Sexuality Studies for a tenure track position at the Assistant Professor level beginning Fall 2008. Candidates' research and teaching should centrally incorporate race/ethnicity and class into their gender analysis with particular expertise in GLBT issues. Discipline open. Qualifications: Ph.D. required by 9/08, teaching experience preferred. Candidate will be expected to be able to teach large introductory courses that incorporate gender, race, class and sexuality in a transnational context and advanced and graduate courses with an emphasis on theory.
