The Studio Art Program of the Department of Art at the University of Massachusetts Amherst seeks a full-time Lecturer (twelve-month, non-tenure track) to serve as Chief Undergraduate Advisor, with both teaching and advising responsibilities. The position will require: teaching one course per semester; advising undergraduates throughout the year; coordinating recruitment and admissions activities; working to enhance the quality of the major and the undergraduate experience; and assisting with management of the Studio Arts Building. MFA in Studio Art required; expertise in digital media and/or Foundations curriculum preferred.
