	Developing a NYS 4-H Community ATV Safety program, including funding for a train the trainer course
	Using my human dimensions background in evaluating, improving, and expanding 4-H programming
	Attendance in the American Wilderness Leadership School in Jackson Hole, Wyoming
	Presenting my research findings at University of Washington and the University of Idaho
	My work with the 4-H Shooting Sports program. These kids are the future of conservation!
	Leaving the conservation field and going into agriculture and agriculture education, which ended up with me coming back to work in conservation
