Greenfield Community College offers students of the guitar an opportunity to gain a solid foundation in musicianship and performance skills while pursuing a Associate of Liberal Art Degree with a Music Option or a Music Certificate. Students receive one-on-one private instruction with professional performers, take classes in performance practice, theory and history; and perform in solo and ensemble situations (including a guitar and mandolin orchestra). Graduates of the program will be eligible to transfer to four year Baccalaureate programs.
