In its role as the sole legislative body representing graduate students, the GSS has the responsibility
of funding Graduate Student Organizations and graduate student events.
Graduate students and/or organizations looking for funding should submit a proposal for funding one week prior to any Senate meeting and should attend that meeting in order to make a presentation to
the full Senate. After hearing all requests for funding in a given meeting the full senate will consultatively decide how to distribute the resources available.
