• Fee for each exhibit space is $650.00 and it includes one 6’ table, 2 chairs, and a paper drape will be furnished to each scheduled space.
• Registration for a space is an automatic registration up to two exhibitors for the symposium, which allows attendance to the panels, includes two lunches and refreshments during the breaks. Fabos Award Dinner is $35.00, which is optional.
• Additional pipe and drape may be rented for an additional fee.
• Exhibitors cannot use existing walls or ceilings for display purposes. All rear walls of each exhibit must be freestanding and no higher than six feet. Sidewalls of the exhibit must be no more than three feet high and they should not interfere with the direct visibility of adjoining exhibits.
• All electrical equipment, wiring and lights must be approved by UCS- University Conference Services. Exhibitors must supply their own equipment, including extension cords.
• UCS will not assume responsibility for the safety of any exhibits against damage or loss by fire, theft or by other means.
• Exhibits or displays may be shipped, if prepaid, no more than 3 days prior to the scheduled event for storage. The shipping address should read as follows:

• At the completion of exhibition, exhibitors are responsible for packaging, labeling, addressing and making shipping arrangements for their exhibits. Any exhibits not properly packed will not be shipped.
