This image looks south along the linear site. The central open space is well defined on two sides by the river and a small retaining pond adjacent to a sharp hillside. The looptrail has been incorporated to take advantage of both the open space parallel to the river and the understory of the wetland canopy. This view depicts Bartons Cove, a wildlife refuge located across the river in Erving. A small marina and fishing pier has been incorporated to provide access onto the river.
