Cultural Resources: Proposals by Study

Currently there is a proposal to extend the Quinebaug and Shetucket River Valley National Heritage Corridor in Connecticut to the French and Quinebaug River Valley in Massachusetts. The French and Quinebaug River Valley is located beside the Blackstone River Valley National Heritage Corridor which extends south to Rhode Island. This study proposes to combine the two existing heritage corridors to form a tri-state heritage district that overlaps Connecticut, Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
