About the Opportunity Fair
At the Opportunity Fair portion of Clean Energy Connections, all segments of the Cleantech Economy will be represented so register now to save your space.
For the past three years, more than 450 people, from the private and public sectors, have attended the conference and opportunity fair. The Opportunity Fair is open all day, with the exception of the keynote presentations in the morning and afternoon.
The Opportunity Fair is set up “trade show” style to give participants the most access to your company or organization. Exhibitors can choose from tables or booths, and electricity is optional for tables. In addition, all exhibitors get two (2) admissions to the conference which includes a hot lunch.

Opportunity Fair Exhibitor Information
The Opportunity Fair is held in a separate ballroom next to the main keynote ballroom on the 2nd floor in the MassMutual Center. Break tables for participants will be set up within the Opportunity Fair to encourage lingering and booth visits.
All exhibits include two (2) full admissions to the conference, including lunch.
There are two exhibit sizes available:
- Table top: Tables are 6’ x 2’ (2.5’ high). Includes table, linen, skirting, chairs, wastebasket. Back of booth will be draped. Electricity is an option at an additional cost.
- Pipe & Drape booth: 10’ x 10’ booth including pipe and drape, table (as above), linen, skirting, chairs, wastebasket, and electricity.
Table/booth locations will be pre-assigned.
Wi-Fi is available throughout the MassMutual Center at no charge.

Additional staff may register for the Opportunity Fair only for $50 per person. This includes the hot lunch.
Upon registering, you will be asked to provide a 100-word description of your organization, business, and/or service for inclusion in the Program Guide. You will then be sent a confirmation email of your order and will be asked to submit a logo for inclusion in the Program Guide.
Important Information for Exhibitors:
SETUP WILL BE ON TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 1 BEGINNING AT 5:00PM UNTIL 7:00PM and on WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 2, BEGINNING AT 6:00AM.
