IMPORTANT INFORMATION for EXHIBITORS:

Opportunity Fair opens during lunch at 1:00 pm and concludes at 4:45 pm.

FREE Opportunity Fair (pre-registration required) opens at 1:45 pm and runs through the end of the event.

Opportunity Fair exhibitor tables will be co-located in the Main Plenary room. This location ensures that all exhibitors will be highly visible and accessible to attendees.

Exhibitors may setup either between 7:00 and 8:30 am or between 10:30 am and 12:30 pm when the conference attendees will be in breakout sessions. See the complete schedule: www.umass.edu/green/schedule.html

Table size: 6 feet by 2 feet (2.5 feet high).
