Graduate School Procedures Regarding Violations of the Picketing Code
IX. Records and Confidentiality
a. In the event the charges against a student are sustained after a hearing and/or a subsequent appeal, a record of the related identifying information, parties involved, description of the incident, sanction(s), expiration dates, agreements or restrictions, and any other data deemed relevant will be included in a file maintained by the Graduate Dean. Disciplinary records and related information shall be made available to subsequent hearing boards.
b. Students may arrange to review their own records and related information by contacting the Dean of the Graduate School.
