Graduate School Procedures Regarding Violations of the Picketing Code

V. Hearing Board
a. It is the responsibility of the Graduate Dean to convene the Hearing Board.

b. The Hearing Board shall be comprised of three (3) individuals, one of whom must be a graduate student and two of whom must be faculty members, to be drawn at random from a subcommittee of the Graduate Council. (The composition of the subcommittee will be 5 graduate students and 5 faculty members with graduate faculty status. Members of the subcommittee need not be members of the Graduate Council.)

c. The Presiding Officer shall be elected by the members of the Hearing Board.
