Graduate School Procedures Regarding Violations of the Picketing Code

III. Hearing Delays
Any student charged with a violation of university rules may request of the Graduate School or the hearing board a delay in the informal meeting or hearing. Delays will be granted for any reasonable request as determined by the Graduate Dean. In a case where criminal charges are pending against the accused student, at least a seven day delay shall be granted to allow the student to seek the advice of legal counsel.
