Marine Station

The Marine Station is an interdisciplinary research facility located on the coast in Gloucester, approximately 35 miles north of Boston. The station is equipped for a wide range of marine biochemical, biological, and chemical studies in laboratories with modern research equipment, and it also has a small library. Both basic and applied research are conducted by faculty and graduate students from the Amherst campus.
