Naming Opportunities
Create a permanent legacy or honor someone important to you. Gifts to create an endowed fund allow you to support the aspirations of students, attract stellar new faculty, initiate groundbreaking new programs, or transform facilities.
- Examples of naming opportunities:

- Contributing Scholarship
- $27,500 endowment assists a graduate or undergraduate student.
- Library General Support Fund
- $27,500 endowment provides support for Library priorities.
- Study Abroad Award
- $100,000 endowment defrays costs such as transportation and living expensives associated with educational/research visits to international universities or laboratories.
- Lectureship or Symposium
- $100,000 endowment provides support to cover the costs of visits to campus by outstanding individuals who speak at campus events and may interact with faculty, students, and others on subjects of their special expertise.
- Full Scholarship
- $500,000 endowment covers the cost of tuition and fees and defrays a portion of room and board costs for an in-state student or covers the cost of tuition and defrays a portion of fees for an out-of-state student (applies to both graduate and undergraduate students).
- Named Professorship
- $1.5 million endowment attracts or retains an outstanding faculty member who has achieved national recognition in his or her field.
