Michael Leto
Michael Leto is vice chancellor for development and alumni relations at UMass Amherst and executive director of the UMass Amherst Foundation. He came to UMass Amherst in 2009 from Central Michigan University where he served as vice president for development and alumni relations since 1998. Leto was previously executive director of Indiana University Foundation, which raises funds for an eight-campus system enrolling more than 100,00 students. He also has held positions at Southeast Missouri State University, Saint Louis University and the Indiana University of Technology. He earned a bachelor of arts degree in journalism from Ball State University.
