Stephen P. Tocco
Stephen P. Tocco is president and chief executive officer of ML Strategies, a consulting firm based in Boston. He is chair of the University of Massachusetts Board of Trustees and a former chair of the Massachusetts Board of Higher Education. Tocco received a bachelor’s degree in pharmacy and chemistry from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and was awarded a CSS in administration and management from Harvard University and an honorary PhD in humane letters from Nichols College. He lives in Reading, Mass.
