Joyce M. Hatch is vice chancellor for administration and finance at UMass Amherst. She has served as associate vice chancellor for finance and as budget director. She has a bachelor’s degree from the University of New Hampshire, a master’s degree from Columbia University Teachers College, and a master’s degree in business administration from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst. Hatch lives in Amherst.
