TO REVIEW A PROPOSAL:

  1. Go to the Online System
  2. Log in using your UMass NetID and password
  3. Click on the pencil icon to the left of the course you've
    been assigned to review

For assistance completing your review within the online system, consult the FAQ webpage or the how-to guide for reviewing a course online.

Below you will find electronic copies for all Gen Ed review forms, FAQs about reviewing, and a link to access the online submission system.

The Gen Ed Council reviews the following proposals:

Integrative Experience - Exclusively Online!

The Gen Ed Council reviews proposals for Integrative Experience Options and Overall Departmental Plans. The upper-division integrative experience (IE) provides a structured context for students to reflect on their own learning and explore the connections between the broad exposure provided by General Education and the more focused exposure of their major. Each department will submit one overall departmental plan for its majors and as many specific option proposals as are needed for the credited option(s) available to its majors.
