The Chancellor's Counsel broadly publicizes its RFP Small Grants Program with a request for proposals (RFP) at the beginning of each spring semester. Proposals must meet the requirements of the RFP. Proposals are due Friday, April 4, 2003 and the list of recipients is announced in mid-April. The Commission funds innovative proposals for activities which bring together people from two or more different communities or constituencies to promote mutual respect and understanding of community, diversity and social justice issues.
