The Faculty and Staff Assistance Program will offer a workshop on

Dealing with Aging Parents
facilitated by Elizabeth Holtzman

This workshop will address issues that face staff and faculty who are or will be assuming responsibility for the care of an aging parent. Topics covered include:
" Descriptions of the aging population and the sandwich generation
" An eldercare assessment checklist
" Assessing eldercare resources and care options in your community
" Examining how to survive the emotional and physical stressors faced by the working caregiver
