From the intersection of Routes 116 and 9 in Amherst, take Pleasant Street through Amherst. Turn left on N. Pleasant (3rd street light). Go to second set of lights and turn right onto UMass campus. Take the first right, across from the Newman Center, and go to the end of the street to the Health Center. Tell the parking attendant that you have an FSAP appointment.
