Fruchtwelt Bodensee, loosely translated means Lake Constance Fruit World. A combination trade show/lecture program/distillation seminar, it attracted over 10,000 visitors during it's three days from the Bodensee/Lake Constance region of Germany and Switzerland as well as other European countries. The program also included the International workshop 'Success through innovation in fruit farming' which was sponsored by Webfruit GmbH in collaboration with IDFTA. Over 100 IDFTA members attended the workshop which included international speakers on the subjects of sweet cherry orchards on dwarf rootstocks and influence of new apple varieties on competition. |
