The 1-Year Professional Masters Degree in Food Science is designed for applicants who have earned a B.S degree in a field od science other than food scienc and delivers a curriculum that provides students with the skills and knowledge to succeed in the food industry. 

Students take formal classes and can undertake independent research projects on topics including food chemistry, nanotechnology, biosensors, food microbiology, food packaging, anti-cancer food components, food processing, and food safety.
