l975 to l990: Assistant Professor, Associate Professor and Professor of Food Engineering, Department of Food Engineering, University of Massachusetts.
1987-1993: Graduate Program Director of the Food Engineering program.
l989 & 1996: (Spring Semesters). Visiting Professor at the Technological University of Karlsruhe (Germany).
