The Department of Food Science at the University of Massachusetts is strongly committed to support and promote diversity, equity and inclusion within the university, our department, and surrounding community. The Department Diversity Committee seeks to foster and advance diversity issues across different levels of the department, including undergraduate and graduate training, faculty and staff recruitment and retention, and professional development related to diversity for the entire department.
