First Week is a way for UMass Amherst to welcome back all the students with an exciting week of events and activities.
First Week 2008 is sponsored by Student Affairs and Campus Life, The Center for Student Development and UMass Amherst Dining Services
This year's highlights include:

You've seen them on Chappelle's Show, now see them here - LIVE!
Comedians Charlie Murphy and Bill Burr will make you laugh out loud and maybe shed a tear. Two shows, one night - Don't miss it!
Tickets are $10 for UMass Amherst students only. Buy your tickets at the Fine Arts Center or call 1-800-999-UMAS. You must have your student ID at the time of purchase and to enter the show.
