Students who have prior experience with a language need to contact the Center by April 17, 2009 to arrange a placement interview for Fall 2009. Placements must normally be completed during the semester prior to enrollment. Makeup placements at the beginning of the semester are not always possible. Students currently abroad should e-mail the Center to make alternative application and placement arrangements.
Students returning to the program only need to make an appointment to fill out the paperwork for the semester.
Applications from students who do not need placements will be accepted until Thursday, September 10, 2009 as long as there is space available in the program. In the 2008-2009 school year, some qualified students were turned away due to lack of space, so interested students should not put off applying.
