In order to work for the Five College Center for the Study of World Languages (FCCSWL), international students must have this permission form signed by the representative for international student affairs on their home campus. This representative will certify that the student's visa permits on-campus employment. Employment at the FCCSWL counts as on-campus employment for international students from all Five Colleges. You only need to have this form signed once. It will be kept on file as long as you are enrolled at one of the Five Colleges. Representatives/offices for each campus are:
