Through its various programs , CRF seeks to build lasting and productive connections among researchers. Activities are designed to create collaborations with faculty from different disciplines at various stages in their research careers. By engaging with CRF's numerous programs, our hope is that each faculty member or student participant realizes the possibility and reality of a longlasting career in family research. Each year, hundreds of faculty, students, researchers, staff and community members participate in CRF’s successful programs and collaborations: the Family Research Scholars Program, Rudd Adoption Research, the new grant management program for Principal Investigators, Faculty Research Groups, the Tay Gavin Erickson Lecture Series, or the Public Engagement Project. We also encourage faculty from other institutions to come to campus as a Visiting Scholar to contribute to and benefit from the academic life of the center and our faculty.
