Erica Ragan is a fourth year graduate student in the Clinical Child Psychology Ph.D. program at the University of Denver. She works with Drs. Howard Markman, Scott Stanley, and Galena Rhoades studying romantic relationships. Her research interests are in how couples change over time, with a special emphasis on the role of positive factors in the development of relationships. More specifically, her doctoral dissertation examines how the association between gratitude and romantic relationship affect well-being. This Methdological Studies Award provides non-UMass students with a $500 travel award plus free tuition towards attending a CRF methodological workshop this summer on campus.
