What a Treat!
This Season's Third Benefit Book Fair

It's a night of treats: delicious music, scrumptous books, and delectable coffees combine for another perfect evening to benefit the arts! Join the Fine Arts Center for this season's third Benefit Book Fair at Barnes & Noble Book Store, Holyoke, on Thursday, February 22. From 5 to 9 pm, while the book fair is in progress, customers can pick up a benefit coupon. Barnes & Noble will donate a percentage of the purchase price to the Fine Arts Center when a coupon is used.

But the treats don't stop there! From 7 - 8pm, we will showcase the musical talents of UMass Opera Workshop Students as they perform a selection of arias and duets, including music from Porgy & Bess and The Marriage of Figaro, as well as A Hand of Bridge, a mini opera by Samuel Barber.

A wonderful evening for a wonderful cause is quite a treat! Mark your calendar for February 22 and shop for the arts at Barnes & Noble!

Photo: UMass students Mark Ison, Joanna Abbott, Janet Larkin, and Charles Mays Jr. are among the performers featured at the Barnes & Noble Book Fair.
