Group rates are available for all performances. Groups of 20 or more receive a 15% discount off of the regular ticket price. The group discount does not apply to previously discounted tickets.

I-91 south to Route 116. Take "UMass" exit. Turn left off the exit ramp onto Massachusetts Avenue toward campus. Follow portable signs for Bowker or the Concert Hall.

PARKING

Concert Hall Events

For patrons with disabilities, parking is available in the lot on the plaza to the right of the concert hall entrance. An access-parking permit must be visible to parking attendants.

Bowker Auditorium Events

For patrons with disabilities, parking is available at the base of the ramp at the right rear entrance, additional parking is available in lot 65. An access-parking permit must be visible to parking attendants. (campus map)

Gallery Events

For patrons with disabilities, the University Gallery is wheelchair accessible from its north, pond-level entrance where handicapped parking is available. An access-parking permit must be visible to parking attendants. (campus map)

BOX OFFICE HOURS

The Box Office located at the Fine Arts Center Concert Hall Monday through Friday from 10am-6pm while the University is in session, 10am-4pm otherwise. The box office is also open one hour prior to each ticketed event. Parking is available in the visitor's parking lot next to the Robsham Visitor's Center on Massachusetts Avenue (campus map). Sorry, series orders cannot be filled immediately prior to a performance.
